282: Tessa’s Halloween Party

And now we come to the pinnacle of our short Halloween season. Film critic Tessa joins us to tell us what she considers a perfect Halloween evening of entertainment.

At the Flicks · 282: Tessa's Halloween Party

Needless to say much of what Tessa recommends are films Graham would not be anywhere near!

Included in her wonderful choices are:

  • The Omen – the original of course, except no substitutes (and one Graham enjoys)
  • Candyman – A 90’s classic
  • Return To Oz – That may seem an odd choice, however once you have heard why it’s selected, you will never see this sequel in the same light again.
  • Bates Motel – A clever revisionist take on the Psycho story

And much more besides, including some excellent horror choices for the those that would rather listen than watch.

We are sure you will all agree that this is the blueprint for a perfect Halloween and all that remains is for us to say

Have a very happy and safe Halloween and we will see you At The Flicks
